I'm a highly creative and results-driven leader with 20 years of experience in advertising and communications and my work has been recognised with numerous awards. As a seasoned presenter, I've led and won many pitches (and navigated a few losses along the way). For the past five years, I've served as a Creative Director, guiding teams and clients toward innovative solutions and impactful campaigns. I thrive on fostering collaborative environments and developing work that truly resonates with target audiences.
I approach every brief—from consumer products to B2B software—with enthusiasm, seeing each challenge as a creative opportunity. I'm a champion of diverse thinking and DE&I, with a particular passion for social mobility, a topic I explored in this talk [see film].
After winning the WACL Talent Award in 2021, I honed my leadership skills through specialised training, which enabled me to successfully lead a 30-person creative department for many years.
